ShineOn General Terms & Conditions
Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with ShineOn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with the booking.

Booking and Payment
  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once you have agreed to these Terms & Conditions and completed the payment process.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before the service is executed. For certain services, a site visit may be required to provide a final quote. The price listed during booking is an estimated quote, and the final price will be confirmed after the pre-inspection visit. There will be no extra cost for this pre-inspection visit.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Modifications: ShineOn reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or safety concerns. Customers will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
  • Additional Charges: If additional work is required beyond the scope of the initial booking, ShineOn will inform the customer and agree on any additional charges before proceeding.
Customer Responsibilities
  • Accessing the property: The customer must ensure that ShineOn service providers have full access to the premises. If a permit is required, the customer is responsible for arranging this, depending on the requirements of the real estate developer/community.
  • Accurate Information: The customer must provide accurate information during the booking process. ShineOn will not be responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Personal Belongings: ShineOn is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the service. Customers should secure valuables before the service begins.
  • Safety and Conduct: The customer agrees to maintain a safe working environment for ShineOn staff. Any inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions may result in the termination of the service without refund.
  • Completion of Work: The service will be deemed completed when the customer confirms satisfaction with the work. If the customer is not present, the service will be deemed completed upon the service provider’s reasonable assessment. If the customer is not satisfied, they must report this to ShineOn within 48 hours of the service completion.
Refund Terms
  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be considered in cases where the service was not performed according to the agreed-upon terms or if the customer has reported dissatisfaction within 48 hours of the service completion and ShineOn determines that the service was not delivered to the expected standard as per the scope of service.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: No refunds will be issued if:
    1. The customer did not arrange the necessary permits as required by the real estate developer or community rules.
    2. The customer did not report any issues within the 48-hour window after the service was completed.
    3. The service was disrupted or incomplete due to reasons beyond ShineOn’s control, such as unsafe working conditions or customer-imposed restrictions.
  • Refund Process: If a refund is deemed appropriate, ShineOn will process the refund within 10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of the service was unsatisfactory, ShineOn may offer a partial refund or a discount on future services instead of a full refund.
Liability

Damage to Property: ShineOn will take reasonable care while providing services. However, ShineOn is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the customer’s property. Any damage caused by ShineOn staff will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and compensation will be provided if ShineOn is found liable.
